The Lemon Tree offers comprehensive support and training to all owners of our full service hair salons. From initial financing assistance for qualified applicants to seminars on marketing techniques, we will stand behind you every step of the way. We want to see you succeed!
Financing
We offer generous financing assistance for qualified applicants. Upon being approved, Lemon Tree may agree to finance one half of the initial franchise fee along with one half of your design and decor package.
Location Assistance
If you do not have a location, we can provide site selection guidance and on-site evaluations if necessary. We have an established relationship with real estate developers and brokers in our markets to assist with location identification. Shop Setup and Design
We have developed a complete construction, equipment, design and decor package, which is presented to full service hair salon owners prior to the signing of the lease. We will provide you with a list of vendors and approved products. A floor plan will be drawn for your salon, and we will work with you to ensure that everything goes smoothly for the opening of your Lemon Tree franchise.
Marketing and Advertising
Lemon Tree beauty salon franchises participate in co-op advertising, national media and regional advertising. As part of your franchise agreement, you’ll receive company guidelines regulating logos, trademarks, advertising and services offered.
Training
Prior to opening a franchise, salon owners and their managers are required to attend our comprehensive training program—one of the most extensive in the hair care industry. Through this course you’ll learn all you need to know about owning a Lemon Tree Family Hair Salon including strategies for effective human resource management and how to establish a proven performance review system. This initial training program lasts approximately two weeks and consists of classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Training materials include an operations manual, advertising manual, handouts and visual presentations.As a full service hair salon owner, you’ll be trained in the following:
