The Lemon Tree is dedicated to providing every new salon owner with the finest training available in the hair care industry. You’ll learn from the best and gain the skills you’ll need to maximize the success of your franchise investment.

Prior to opening a franchise, each salon owner and their manager is required to attend our comprehensive training program.  This training program will teach you all you need to know about owning and managing a Lemon Tree Family Hair Salon.  The initial salon owner training program lasts approximately two weeks and consists of classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Training materials include an operations manual, advertising manual, handouts and visual presentations.

As a salon owner, you’ll be trained in the following:

• Personnel management
• Customer relations
• Merchandising and marketing
• Inventory control
• Product purchasing
• In-shop management

From time to time, The Lemon Tree may require a salon owner, manager and their employees to attend additional training courses and seminars.  These programs may cover new developments in hair care, services, equipment and marketing techniques.  You’ll always be on the cutting edge of the hair care industry!
