This training program teaches new salon owners the essentials of managing a Lemon Tree Family Hair Salon.  The initial training program lasts approximately two weeks and consists of classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Training materials include an operations manual, advertising manual, handouts and visual presentations.
All of our salon owners are trained in the following:

Personnel management
Customer relations
Merchandising and marketing
Inventory control
Product purchasing
In-shop management

From time to time, The Lemon Tree may require a salon owner, manager and their employees to attend additional training courses and seminars.  These programs may cover new developments in hair care, services, equipment and marketing techniques.  You’ll always be on the cutting edge of the hair care industry!
